ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Whether painting outside or in my light-filled studio perched on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, I paint colourful, optimistic and impressionistic landscapes, seascapes and still life.

ABOUT ME

Creativity has always played an important role in my career in marketing, communications and advertising as an important element of story-telling and making a connection. I've had the very good fortune to study at NSCAD as well as with these talented artists: David Lacey, Sandi Komst, Zehava Power, Mike Svob and Bob Burridge. My paintings have found homes in private collections throughout Canada and the US. My work has appeared in solo and group shows and in juried Mastrius and Square Foot Shows.  You can find my work at Argyle Fine Art, 1559 Barrington Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. 

I am a juried Active member of the Canadian Federation of Artists.
